Empty page disambiguation, errors, unsupported methods

Empty, currently redirect pages, should be disambiguation pages with links to sub-pages. A new base view class should be created that simply returns a HTTP 405 METHOD NOT ALLOWED error for all methods. All current view classes should be subclasses of this one. Lastly, nicer error pages should be created, showing the logo with an error description in the main area.
