Item voiding

Allow waiters to request item void to be validated by a manager directly on his device by logging in or on a manager's device. Any manager can validate any product order. AdminLTE notification area should be utilised. Accepting via login should be done in a modal containing an authentication form that will not log the manager in. Notifications is, however, preferred. If the waiter is also a manager, he may validate his own void request.
