Deposits UI

Currently there is no way to create a deposit. Create a UI in the admin section that can:

• list current deposits
• toggle deposits
• create, edit and delete deposits (for creation and editing use the multi-select plugin that is used in till assignment)
• rename TillPaymentOptions model to Deposit so that it matches the views and usage
• fix items per page and page numbers
